Fruit growing

On the slopes of the Popocatépetl volcano, 17 kilometers from the crater, fruit growing is developed, one of the most important economic activities in the state of Morelos. In this experience we will visit an avocado orchard and learn the production process of different varieties and the way the locals care for and cultivate the gardens. We will collect flowers and herbs that we will later transform into food in the company of a traditional cook.
